Steve and Monique Lubiana have been farming their 28-hectare Granton estate biodynamically since 2010 — Tasmania's first certified operation of its kind. The focus is Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with wild-yeast fermentation and whole-bunch technique. Grappa and Malvasia occasionally surface at the cellar door. Their Pinot has won Best Biodynamic Wine in the World at the London International Wine Challenge three times.
