Spreyton Fresh

The same family has farmed this Mersey Valley land since 1908, growing apples, pears and cherries in the valley's volcanic soils. A juice operation followed in 1998; cider in 2012. The cellar door at Spreyton is where it all comes together — fruit grown here, pressed and fermented here, sold under the Spreyton Cider Co. label to drinkers well beyond Tasmania.
