Micky—former KFC manager, social science graduate—opened this Carlton café with Le Cordon Bleu-trained Hong. The Korean-fusion brunch menu runs to eggs Benedict with sous-vide pork and chilli mushrooms, dragon fruit acai bowls, and bubble tea. Seating spills outside beneath pine-green umbrellas, backed by a garden that makes you briefly forget you're minutes from the CBD.
