North Melbourne roastery and cellar door, roasting since 2009 and buying green coffee direct from the farms it sources — smallholders in Huehuetenango, the Colombian growers behind the house espresso. Founder Andrew Kelly built Auction Rooms, the café down the road that The Age twice named Melbourne's best, then handed it on to concentrate on the coffee. The cellar door on Little Howard Street sells beans, gear and the day's pastry.
