SAAZAA Coffee

SAAZAA roasts in Ringwood, in Melbourne's outer east, where the coffee shop pours a daily blend and runs tastings and tours of the roastery. Founder Dave's time with Kenya's Maasai shapes the business: the beans carry Swahili names — Rafiki, Sukari, Maji — and community events raise funds for Maasai causes, including the education of girls. Coffee is sourced across Kenya, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia and El Salvador.
