Adam Casotti is a third-generation orchardist — his family runs Raeburn Orchards in the Perth Hills. That lineage is the whole point here: he and Ross Catalano started making cider because the apple surplus demanded it. The fruit is sourced entirely from local Perth Hills orchards, pressed into natural cider with no detours. Straightforward provenance, no embellishment needed.
