Inside the Adelaide Botanic Garden, Jamie Musgrave's tasting menu works through marron, green ants, finger limes and bunya branches — ingredients that read like field notes from across the continent. Sommelier Elle Foster's wine list won Best Food Wine Matching at the 2025 Wine List of the Year Awards; the temperance program, led by GM Alma Pasalic, took Best Non-Alcoholic Pairing at the same ceremony. Few restaurants win both.
