Rammed-earth cabins on a working station that the Smith family has run since 1851, looking directly out to Wilpena Pound. The Flinders Ranges light — red at dawn, bone-white by noon — does most of the work. Guided walks, 4WD tracks, and flights are available if the view from the deck isn't enough.
