A small artist-run space on Edgar Street, Ainslie, Q Gallery keeps its program moving: oil-on-paper landscapes, Central Australian acrylic paintings, watercolour short courses on Sunday afternoons. At 93, exhibiting artist Barbara O'Ryan is still making etchings. Hours are deliberately limited — Wednesday to Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings — which gives each show room to breathe.
