Allan and Christine Pankhurst planted Pinot Noir vines on their "Old Woodgrove" property in 1986 — and those same vines are still producing. The vineyard sits on weathered granite from the Brindabellas, soils that predate the vines by roughly 400 million years. All fruit is estate-grown; winemakers are drawn from the Canberra region and work alongside the family through every stage.
