Norman Lindsay bought this Faulconbridge property in 1912 and spent nearly six decades here producing oils, etchings, watercolours and ship models — and writing *The Magic Pudding*. The sandstone cottage retains his painting studio, printing press and etching equipment. Outside, the grounds he landscaped with Roman colonnades, fountains and sculpture run to bushwalk views across the Grose Valley.
