Moss Hotel

Two Georgian sandstone ex-warehouses on Salamanca Place, built by convict labour in 1835 and 1841, converted by Circa Morris-Nunn into a 41-room hotel split across Moss 39 (which opened first) and Moss 25, a city block apart. The Behrakis family — who've run Salamanca Fresh on the same strip for nearly 40 years — own and operate it. A nursery in the foothills of kunanyi grew the 5,000 endemic plants in the lightwells and rooms.
