Brewer and distiller Aimee Cahill keeps the range unpretentious — a lager, a pale ale, small-batch gins, vodkas and whisky, all made with Goulburn River water. The building, by Six Degrees Architecture, pairs white render and barn doors with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Lake Nagambie. Order at the bar, take a spot on the split-level deck, watch the boats.
