The estate's Megalong Valley vines — planted from 2002, with Grenache and Mourvèdre added in 2018 — go to Mudgee for vinification by Jacob Stein of Robert Stein Wines. Viognier is the standout; the Prozzante, a lightly sparkling prosecco-style wine, suits the setting. Alpacas graze below the sandstone escarpment.
