Grapes grown on 40 acres in the Granite Belt — three and a half hours southwest, near the Queensland–New South Wales border — make their way to Tamborine Mountain, where Mason pours Verdelho, Viognier, and Petit Verdot alongside a menu drawing on an on-site garden planted in 2020. Snow peas, nasturtiums, and chillies go straight from soil to kitchen.
