Mark's home brewing got out of hand. Now his Creamy Irish Ale — poured on nitrogen, caramel-malt length, thick frothy head — is the only locally brewed beer in Coles Bay. No packaging, no cellar door yet. Rainwater from the East Coast, a DIPA that spends time in the "naughty corner," and a California Steam Beer born from a misplaced hop order.
