Maffco Breweryand Distillery

A century-old milk factory, restored over a year after a handshake deal with Brenda and Robert Thompson, now houses Maffra's brewery and distillery. The Brayakoolong country setting — alluvial floodplains of the Macilister River — gives the place its bearings. Beer on tap, food, and a farm component round out a venue that's still finding its shape.
