Emma and Justin's small Coldstream winery farms biologically and keeps things estate-only — fruit in, bottle out, minimal intervention. The Arcobaleno, Cinq Amis, and a Sparkling Pinot Meunier are among the wines poured at the cellar door, where dogs are apparently as welcome as anyone else.
