Mörk has made specialty drinking chocolate in Melbourne since 2012, treating cacao the way the city treats coffee, by origin and with a maker's attention to the bean. The Brew House on Errol Street, North Melbourne, fills a 1950s bakery and gives the idea a room: hot chocolate in every form, cinnamon buns and cakes baked on site, alongside handmade ceramics and brew accessories. It is the room behind a name most people first meet as a tin.
