Surplus bread that would otherwise go to waste gets a second life in the brewing tank at this Hilton Street taproom. The resulting lager, pale ale, XPA and IPA are poured alongside pizza in a neighbourhood setting where the logic is straightforward: drink beer, divert bread from landfill.
