Two former games-studio nerds, Fil and Ryan, started brewing in a Stepney garage in 2013—barleywines, saisons, steam ales, the stuff nobody else was bothering with. Demand outran the shed fast. Now a 290-person venue with a commercial kitchen, tours, and a second taproom at Tonsley, it's grown messily and honestly into one of Adelaide's more characterful breweries.
