Kyah

Opened in November 2021 in Blackheath, Kyah is a former motel reworked into a boutique stay with a tight local supply chain. Linens go to Access Industries' Lithgow Laundry, a disability employment charity operating since 1978. Coffee comes from Bathurst's Fish River Roasters, wine from Orange and Mudgee, and soap bars from the Snowy Mountains Eucalyptus Oil Company — hand-harvested, steam-distilled, no packaging.
