A Japanese ramen counter in the FOMO precinct on William Street, Fremantle, run by the team that started as Dosukoi at the Fremantle Markets in 2008. Bowls come with a shoyu, miso or shio broth and toppings such as sliced pork, prawn dumplings or karaage chicken, with the soy broth known for a smoky, charred edge. Takoyaki, gyoza and prawn tempura soba round out the menu. Seating is communal. The original Dosukoi stall still trades at the markets on weekends.
