Kinglake Distillery

Chantal is a third-generation Kinglaker; her husband Sam traces his inspiration to a great-grandfather who farmed the same country. Their distillery runs entirely off-grid, has rewilded a third of its land for endangered native species, and produces Australia's only certified carbon-neutral single malt — available in Red Gum Finish, Bourbon Cask and Double Wood expressions. The tasting room opens every other Sunday.
