Karu Distillery

Karu's headline product tells you everything about their instincts: a chipotle-smoked vodka built for margaritas, not martinis. Out of Grose Vale in the Blue Mountains, the distillery runs a tight range — Affinity Gin, wild and cask rums, a coffee gin liqueur — and closes the loop by turning spent botanicals into hot sauce.
