Rick Prosser started with two small stills — 100L for gin, 200L for rum — distilling twice daily to keep up. A 2020 upgrade to a 1,000-litre still named Marie (after his late grandmother) changed the pace. The gins draw on Bundaberg's own molasses, ginger, lemon and cinnamon. Tours are run by his wife Kylie; the rest of the staff is, more or less, family.
