Founded in 2010 on Spring Lane in Gruyere, the 200-acre estate runs four distinct wine labels (Unicorn, Wayward Child, Re'em, Alicorn), a cellar door, boutique accommodation, and an 80-seat restaurant. The owners' Chinese heritage shapes a sensibility that sits somewhere between methodical and experimental.
