Eleven years into brewing on Henty Street, Reservoir, Hawkers runs a compact cellar door open most weekdays and Saturday afternoons. The range spans an Original Pale Ale and IPA through to a Whisky Barrel Aged White Stout and Imperial Stout — plus limited releases like Reservoir Dolls. Worth the detour for the barrel-aged range alone.
