Mackay's only brewery runs on a brew-on-premises model: choose from more than 150 beers, ciders and ginger beer, then bottle your own straight from the tap using whatever vessels you bring. No preservatives, no pasteurisation. The Victoria Street shopfront also stocks equipment for those who want to take the operation home.
