Envy Distilling

Nathan and Vanessa distil grape-based gin from a small operation in Ladys Pass, central Victoria, using traditional alembic stills and botanicals drawn from the surrounding Heathcote wine region. Their Picnic Gin — floral with wormwood mid-palate and aniseed myrtle sweetness on the finish — took bronze at both the 2022 Australian Distilling Spirits Award and Australian Gin Awards. The distillery door pours flights and seasonal cocktails.
