Echuca Chocolate Company makes its chocolates by hand on Belgian couverture from a shop in the old Port precinct, a short walk from the Murray River paddlesteamers. The range covers truffles, creams, bars, coated chocolate and boiled sweets, but the distinctive line is the chocolate liqueurs, classic, choc orange and white, sold by the bottle and in decanters. It's a single riverfront shop in the heart of the Port, open for tastings over the counter.
