A dramatic waterfall plunging into a gorge on the edge of the New England Tablelands in northern NSW. The falls cascade over basalt columns into a deep pool surrounded by open woodland and cliff faces. The gorge is part of Oxley Wild Rivers National Park which protects one of the largest wilderness areas in NSW. Fewer visitors make it here compared to nearby Wollomombi Falls making it a quieter and more intimate gorge experience.
