Mike Honeybell and Stewart Binnie converted a Bunbury shed into a distillery in 2018, hand-building the copper Alembic stills themselves with help from a local artisan. The name references copper's chemical symbol: CU29. Small-batch gin, whisky, rum and liqueurs draw on indigenous South West botanicals. The cellar door carries the old-school whisky bar aesthetic of the building itself.
