Ten minutes from Tumbarumba, at the Snowy Mountains foothills, Courabyra has run its cellar door since 2014 and hasn't lost an Australian Good Food Guide Reader's Choice Award since 2015. The wines lean cold-climate — Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, a vintage Brut Cuvée going back to 2013 — and the restaurant opens into evenings on Fridays and Saturdays.
