Josh and Zoe Phillips started making wine in Childers before pivoting to cider — real cider, they're at pains to note, fermented from fresh Queensland fruit rather than imported concentrate. Apples come from Nicoletti Orchards in Stanthorpe; passionfruit, ginger and oranges from Bundaberg growers. The Kunda Park cellar door opens Fridays and Saturdays. Ring ahead if you want a tasting.
