Five minutes from Rutherglen's main strip, Buller Wines operates across more ground than most: a cellar door, a working distillery pouring gin tastings and whisky, vineyard cabins, and a restaurant called The Pavilion that requires its own booking. Build-your-own cheese platters keep things unhurried at the cellar door. Open daily, 10am to 5pm.
