Mike and Mark run Bracket Brewing out of Marrickville — a nanobrewery without investors or distribution contracts, just a small family operation producing a rotating cast of beers they actually want to drink. The recent move from Alexandria brought a taproom with it. Small batches, no fixed lineup.
