The Italian varietals are the hook here — Vermentino, Mourvèdre rosé, and a Halliday-recognised Prosecco grown in the Macedon Ranges. The on-site osteria doubles as tasting room and event space, open by appointment. Critic Max Allen singled out the 2018 Roussanne 'Off-Piste' as among the most delicious things he'd tasted. They also grow capers.
