Boomtown operates out of The Mill, a converted industrial site in Castlemaine, pouring wines grown and made locally alongside a bistro menu written fresh each week. The cellar door runs Thursday to Sunday — no booking required. The bistro, open Friday and Saturday evenings, is worth planning around.
