Bloom is in a century-old horse tram barn overlooking the Karrawirra Parri (River Torrens) in Thebarton, doing breakfast and lunch from a kitchen built around an open coal fire. Coffee from 1645, a wine and cocktail list that runs through service, and a sharing menu of small and larger dishes finished over hot coals. The room inside is intimate; outside there's a pavilion and a garden plaza under the gums. Thursday to Monday only, kitchen closes 2.30pm weekdays and 3pm weekends.
