Lindon Lark is the grandson of Bill Lark, who relaunched Australian single malt in 1992, and the son of Jon Lark, whose Kangaroo Island gin won best contemporary gin in the world at the IWSC in 2019. Blend Etiquette is where that lineage lands in South Australia. Lindon and partner Geordan Elliss run a 300-litre copper pot still — Frank — producing Pangolin Gin from the same Lark family playbook.
