The word *blasta* is Scottish Gaelic for delicious — a standard the High Wycombe brewery has held itself to since a 2015 homebrewing kit sparked the whole thing. The production facility doubles as a taproom and shop, with a sister gastropub, Blasta Burswood Beerhall, running alongside. Award-winning house beers, brewed on-site. Come for the pint, stay because there's nowhere better to drink it.
