Opened in November 2024 on the foundations of Bendigo's 1850s Kent Brewery, this community-owned taproom brews on-site using open fermentation, decoction mashing, and a house yeast strain called Venus. Head brewer Evan has been at it since 2008. The building — a converted 1980s gym warehouse beside the Golden Dragon Museum — gives the whole place an unlikely, unpolished weight.
