Beenleigh Historical Village

Forty-plus original Queensland buildings — houses, a church, council chambers, a lock-up — occupy a single Beenleigh block, each tied to a specific family or institution. Volunteer-run and open six days a week, it's the kind of place where the buildings do the talking. The gel-ball skirmish field sharing the grounds is, admittedly, a lot.
