Luca, Mike and Renzo started Pizzantica in 2012 on the back of a vintage Volkswagen Kombi, billed as Australia's first mobile pizza oven, slinging nea-style pizza around Brisbane. A pop-up at Casa Italia in New Farm followed; this Wilston trattoria is the flagship that grew out of it. The pizza stays Neapolitan in style, the signature a long Pizza Lunga made for the table, and the bar pours a house-aged Negroni. A contemporary Mediterranean room on Kedron Brook Road.
