Named after the pollen-bearing part of a flower, this North Geelong distillery builds its gins around Australian native botanicals. Open Saturdays only (1pm–6.30pm, or by appointment), it's a deliberate, unhurried operation. The range runs from the Geelong Dry Gin to the Goddess Strength and seasonal releases like the Black Cherry Gin — each reflecting a clear botanical fixation rather than category box-ticking.
