Agave Print Studio- Dianne Longley

Dianne Longley has a PhD in printmaking history and four decades of exhibiting behind her. At her Trentham studio she works across etching, encaustic, pokerwork, bronze casting and artist books — populating each with a recurring cast: tricksters, frogs in strange dress, giraffes, medieval monsters. The imagery draws on Rabelais and Conrad Gesner. Artist books held by the State Library of Victoria and the National Library of Australia.
