Family-owned by Dave and Annie Ward, this Northgate brewery runs a dual programme: a rotating range of pale ales, IPAs, sours, lagers and ginger beer, plus an artist initiative that hands label design to Australian creatives. The taproom is on-site; the name, for the record, is pronounced *ee-ther*.
