A former mechanic's workshop in an Australind shopping centre, converted into a 100-seat brewery running preservative-free, unfiltered beer on a 500-litre, three-vessel system. Small batches, classics done straight. The family behind it has cooked and worked in hospitality across the world; the room feels like it. Walk-ins only, Wednesday to Sunday.
