New Norfolk distillery with a broad range that runs from fruit-forward gins — raspberry, bramble, chilli — through to Tasmanian single malt whisky finished in Armagnac, Cognac, and rye barrels. The raspberry focus is a genuine throughline: gin, aperitif, jam. The chilli range escalates to a self-declared world's hottest. Tours available; Derwent Valley produce wherever possible.
